Through the years of high school's past, the seniors look back and see
a not so distant past, which all lead up to this, the senior year. We
have fought our way though freshman English and algebra II just to
get to the end of this year. On track, we can now see the light at
the end of the tunnel, getting larger as every day passes.
With three different principals in our lifetime at Cañon City
High School, we have seen many things change and many traditions
revived. The fight song, which was at first rejected by the majority,
caught on and eventually started to be sung in unison, supporting our
various clubs and sports around the school.
With fresh paint, this year came new opportunities for all of us, we
start looking towards the future and towards moving out of our parents'
house into the future, whether it be college or moving directly into
the workforce.
All we can do for our teachers, counselors, and administrators is thank
you for providing us with a safe and up-to-date learning environment,
and Go Tigers!
